Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours upon receipt except in the case of made to order products. With all custom made products we aim to have these processed and dispatched within a reasonable time, we ask that you the customer understand it may take up to 3 to 4 weeks on these orders, please allow delivery time especially for interstate orders, yet we do our best to get them out in the shortest possible time. We take a lot of pride in our work and so not to jeopardize this we ask for your patience when ordering made to order. RETURNS POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Triple Crown Horsewear, returns will only be accepted for a full refund, provided the goods are: Not personalized with embroidery. (All artwork to be approved by customer before work is carried out on all personalized products.) Unused Undamaged and able to be resold In their original condition. Packaged products unopened. All goods to be returned within 7 days of invoice date. If you wish to return goods you will need to contact our office for approval. We will not accept goods returned as COD freight. Freight and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods or incorrect dispatch. Return Policy on Rugs: Please be sure of your horse’s size before ordering. Freight charges for returning incorrectly sized rugs ordered are the responsibility of the customer. All rugs returned must be in a saleable condition. We suggest you try all rugs on your horse over a clean rug, as we will not accept any rug for return if it is covered in horse hair, dirty, wet or used in any way, if rugs are received in this condition it will be returned with freight cost being charged to you. FREIGHT COSTS All freight and handling charges will be charged at the time of purchase via Australia Post. Triple Crown Horsewear will be in touch with you prior to parcel being posted if additional costs are likely to be incurred. If Registered Post or Insurance is required cost will be charged at Australia Post rates. PRICING POLICY Triple Crown Horsewear reserves the right to correct pricing errors, and prices are subject to change without notice. Should a pricing error or unforeseen price increase occur, you will be advised prior to any processing of payment or dispatch of goods. Triple Crown Horsewear endeavours to keep its prices highly competitive. We do not offer a price matching policy for any products found cheaper elsewhere. We will only increase our prices if the cost to us to manufacture these products is significantly increased by our suppliers of raw materials. We will however try to absorb these costs as long as we can.
